Title (Max 100 Characters)
Whether you’re an individual who might like to swing a hammer, help out in the Habitat office, volunteer at a special event or on a committee, Habitat for Humanity can use you!
And if you have a club, organization, or group that could form a team to help on the construction site or at a fund-raising/promotional event, that would be most helpful.
Long-term opportunities are available at the Habitat office answering calls, filing, and helping with day-to-day operations.
Whether you’re retired, a student 16 years of age or older, unemployed, whatever your situation, whatever your desire… we would love to have you join our Habitat for Humanity team!
Call the Habitat office at 904-826-3252, ext 2002 for more information. In short, let US know what YOU would like to do! We can benefit you while improving the lives of others which in turn helps improve our entire community!
Habitat for Humanity of St. Johns County, a Christian based organization, has helped 100 families locally and 20 internationally escape the cycle of poverty housing. Run down and abandoned homes have been replaced by neat, new homes with well kept yards and happy families. Habitat for Humanity is a volunteer-driven organization, welcoming people from all walks of life to help build simple, decent, affordable houses in partnership with God and families in need. Working side-by-side with the family who will live in the house, Habitat volunteers experience the joy of helping that family realize their dream of home ownership. Habitat homes are sold at no profit with a zero percent interest mortgage.
