St. Augustine Photo Gallery | Moving Truck Full of Furniture Goes Up in Flames

A tractor trailer fire on I-95 just south of SR 16 snarled traffic this morning.
According to Justin Asbury with Florida Highway Patrol, the truck was moving someone’s household goods.
The driver of the truck noticed smoke coming from the rear of the truck and pulled over. The driver allegedly tried to use a fire extinguisher to put out the flames, but the fire was too intense.
The driver detached the cab from the trailer and was not injured.
