Rain tapers and humidity remains
Weather

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -I'm meteorologist Mike Prangley. Our sea-breeze storms were energized by some leftover energy from the severe weather in Georgia last night that originally came from the same complex of storms that brought tornadoes to Texas this past week. The good news is we had no tornadoes but  we did have 60 mph wind gusts in Bradford County along with hail reports in Nassau County.

Tonight our activity will continue to finally wind down with lows near 70. Sunday we will still have plenty of heat and humidity with highs in the middle to upper 80s. Our sea-breeze remains active but less widespread storms are expected. Join me on GMJ for more on when and where the storms will fire up.
