The following is a list of roadwork underway by FDOT that may impact traffic in Putnam and St. Johns counties May 7 through May 13. 

ST. JOHNS COUNTY

Cathedral Place in St. Augustine: Daytime lane closure Wednesday, May 11 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. to resurface.

 

County Road 13 at Sixteen Mile Creek (Monica Reifeiss: 800-749-2967):  Intermittent daytime lane closures to install barrier wall for the upcoming traffic shift and to allow heavy trucks to enter and exit the area.  Once traffic has been shifted the speed limit will be reduced to 40 mph.

 

King Street (State Road 5A) from the San Sebastian River to East of Malaga Street:  No lane closures scheduled at this time.

 

Matanzas/San Marco Avenue (State Road 5A) in St. Augustine: Nighttime lane closure with flaggers directing traffic Monday, May 9 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. to resurface.

 

Pine Street at San Marco Avenue (State Road 5A) in St. Augustine: Nighttime lane closure with flaggers directing traffic Tuesday, May 10 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. to resurface.

 

State Road 13 at the Julington Creek Bridge: Daytime lane closures Wednesday, May 11 and Thursday, May 12 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for concrete work.

 

State Road 206 from US 1 to County Road 305: Daytime lane closures Monday, May 9 through Thursday, May 12 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for shoulder repairs.

 

State Road 206 from State Road 207 to State Road A1A: Crews will be repainting the roadway lines.

 

State Road 207 from Interstate 95 to State Road 312: Crews will be repainting the roadway lines.

 

State Road 207 at State Road 312: Nighttime lane closures Sunday, May 8 through Thursday, May 12, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., while crews continue to widen the intersection.

 

State Road 207 from the Putnam County line to US 1:  Daytime lane closures while inmate crews repaint the roadway markings. 

 

State Road A1A Bridge of Lions Landscaping: No lane closures scheduled at this time.

 

State Road A1A from the Flagler County line to San Marco Avenue/Menendez/King Street (State Road 5A): Daytime lane closures while inmate crews repaint the roadway markings. 

 

State Road A1A from the St. Johns/Flagler County line to Summer Haven (Sea Wall):  Possible daytime lane closures may occur for delivery of equipment and materials.

 

State Road A1A (Summer Haven Bridges just north of Marineland): Daytime lane closures at the north bridge from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for off loading materials.

 

US 1 near the Duval County line (Nocatee Flyover Project): No lane closures scheduled at this time.

 

PUTNAM COUNTY

US 17 South from Magnolia Avenue to Junction Road: Daytime lane closures Tuesday, May 10 and Wednesday, May 11 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for roadway maintenance.

 

US 17 from the Volusia County line to State Road 100 West: Crews will be repainting the roadway lines. 

 

State Road 100 between the Clay County line and County Road 309C: Daytime lane closures Monday, May 9, through Friday, May 13, from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m., with flaggers directing traffic in several locations along this 18-mile project to resurface.
