The following is a list of roadwork underway by FDOT that may impact traffic in Putnam and St. Johns counties April 23 through April 29. 

ST. JOHNS COUNTY

County Road 13 at Sixteen Mile Creek (Monica Reifeiss: 800-749-2967):  Flaggers may briefly stop traffic to allow heavy trucks to enter and exit the area. 

 

King Street (State Road 5A) from the San Sebastian River to East of Malaga Street:  Possible intermittent daytime lane closures to replace drainage grates and install traffic sensors embedded in the pavement which control the signal operation.

 

San Marco Avenue (State Road 5A) at Matanzas Avenue: Nighttime lane closures with flaggers Wednesday, April 27 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. for asphalt repairs.

 

San Marco Avenue (State Road 5A) at Pine Street: Nighttime lane closures with flaggers Thursday, April 28 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. for asphalt repairs.

 

State Road 16 from the Clay County line to San Marco Avenue/Menendez/King Street (State Road 5A): Daytime lane closures while inmate crews repaint the roadway markings from the Clay County line to San Marco Avenue/Menendez/King Street (State Road 5A). 

 

State Road 206 from US 1 to Interstate 95: Daytime lane closures Monday, April 25 through Thursday, April 28 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for shoulder repairs.

 

State Road 207 at State Road 312: Daytime lane closure Saturday, April 23 from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. for crews to pour the new traffic separator on State Road 312.  Nighttime lane closures Monday, April 25 through Thursday, April 28, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., while crews continue to widen the intersection.

 

State Road 207 from the Putnam County line to San Marco Avenue/Menendez/King Street (State Road 5A):  Daytime lane closures while inmate crews repaint the roadway markings from the Putnam County line to San Marco Avenue/Menendez/King Street (State Road 5A). 

 

State Road 312 from US 1 to State Road A1A: Crews will be repainting the roadway lines from US 1 to State Road A1A.

 

State Road A1A Bridge of Lions Landscaping: No lane closures scheduled at this time.

 

State Road A1A from the Flagler County line to San Marco Avenue/Menendez/King Street (State Road 5A): Daytime lane closures while inmate crews repaint the roadway markings from the Flagler County line to San Marco Avenue/Menendez/King Street (State Road 5A).

 

State Road A1A from the St. Johns/Flagler County line to Summer Haven (Sea Wall):  Possible intermittent daytime lane closures may occur Monday, April 25 through Friday, April 29 for delivery of equipment and materials.

 

State Road A1A (Summer Haven Bridges just north of Marineland): No lane closures scheduled at this time.  Motorists should watch for trucks entering and leaving the worksite.

 

US 1 from the Flagler County line to State Road 16: Crews will be repainting the roadway lines from the Flagler County line to State Road 16. 

 

US 1 near the Duval County line (Nocatee Flyover Project): No lane closures scheduled at this time.

 

PUTNAM COUNTY

State Road 100 one mile east of US 17 in Satsuma: Daytime lane closures Monday, April 25 and Tuesday, April 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for asphalt repairs.

 

State Road 100 between the Clay County line and County Road 309C: Daytime lane closures Monday, April 25, through Friday, April 29, from 8 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., with flaggers directing traffic in several locations along this 18-mile project to resurface.

 

State Road 20 near the Putnam/Alachua County line:  Daytime lane closure with flaggers directing traffic to remove and replace the old asphalt with new asphalt.

 

State Road 21 from the Clay County line to State Road 26: Daytime lane closures Monday, April 25 through Thursday, April 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for shoulder repairs.

 

State Road 207 near US 17: Daytime lane closures to remove and replace the top layer of asphalt on the inside travel lane and turn lanes.
