St. Augustine man busted for meth | News

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -- A St. Augustine homeowner was arrested Thursday after a lengthy investigation by detectives with the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies with the Sheriff's Office discovered methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia inside the home of 58-year-old Verl J. Solano. 

Solano was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug dwelling, according to a release from Cpl. Catherine Payne with SJSO.

Solano is scheduled for his first court appearance Friday morning.
