CAVE CREEK, Ariz. -- The organizer of the "Running with the Bulls" that left eight people in Arizona injured Saturday may be taking his next run to Florida.
Promoter Phil Immordino says officials in St. Augustine, Fla., are considering bringing the event to the historic Spanish colonial city in preparation for its 450th anniversary.
Immordino says he's meeting with St. Augustine organizers next month and they have bulls related to those brought over by Spanish explorer Juan Ponce de Leon.
The "Running with the Bulls" event Saturday in Cave Creek drew more than 500 runners. But eight people were injured in the run.
Immordino says only one runner suffered serious injuries but he didn't know the runner's status.
He says he wants to expand the event to six cities and create a national tournament.
