Missing elderly St. Johns County woman located | News

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office said an 83-year-old woman who as reported missing has been found.

Kevin Kelshaw, Media Relations officer with the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office said Norma Schwarz has been located unharmed Tuesday night by the Daytona Beach Police Department.  She was aken to a local hospital for medical evaluation.

Schwartz, 83, was reported missing by the landlord of her mobile home park, located in the 600 block of Francis Street. Schwartz was last seen walking northbound on Masters Drive toward State Road 16 a week ago, according to a release from SJSO Public Information Officer Kevin Kelshaw.

A relative in New York had not heard from her for quite some time.
