St. Johns County Courthouse Evacuated Due to Bomb Threat, Nothing Found
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office searched the St. Johns County Courthouse after a phone call came in this morning claiming there was a bomb in the building.
According to the sheriff's office, a call came into the courthouse switchboard this morning claiming a bomb would go off in 20 minutes, forcing an evacuation of the building.
The sheriff's office searched the building with the assistance of K9 units but nothing was found. The building was reopened around ten a.m. and is back to normal.
