Hope Haven to Host Event for Down Syndrome and Autism Programs

Hope Haven Children's Clinic and Family Center will host the 10th annual Sounds of Hope Gala and Auction to raise funds for children with Down syndrome and autism on Friday, November 18 at 6:30 pm at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront.

The event will feature hundreds of items for bid, including travel packages, restaurant gift certificates, sports memorabilia, art and children's gifts.

"Sounds of Hope raises funds to provide comprehensive evaluations for children with Down syndrome and autism," said Laurie Price, Executive Director of Hope Haven. "For many families, the financial impact of having a child with special needs can be devasting. Many children who require life-changing interventions would not receive care without financial assistance."
