Missing Woman Now Considered Missing/Endangered

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office is now classifying the disappearance of a mother of two as missing/endangered.

Rebecca Ware vanished Oct. 29, and family members have been concerned. Ware's aunt, Theresa Nolan, said Ware had been in abusive relationships, and she's concerned that may be connected to her disappearance.

"We just keep praying constantly," said Nolan.

Nolan has been traveling between St. Johns, Duval and Putman Counties putting up flyers with Ware's picture hoping someone knows something about her disappearance.

A release from the sheriff's office said detectives have developed new evidence over the last three days that pushed them to reclassify the case.

Investigators now suspect foul play, and have a person of interest, although they are not releasing any further details at this time.
