ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – A St. Augustine High School student is behind bars after allegedly assaulting a bus driver Monday.

Reginald Brady, 18, of St. Augustine was allegedly arguing with another student on his bus when the driver requested assistance from the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies separated the students and removed them from the bus. As Brady was being escorted away to “diffuse,” he allegedly turned to his bus driver and said,” if I see you out on the street, I am going to whip your [expletive],” the report states.

Brady was transported to the St. Johns County jail and allegedly informed deputies, “he will be right back in [jail] after he finishes what he started,” the report states.

Brady is facing disorderly conduct charges.
