ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The St Johns County Sheriff's Office is looking for two women who allegedly stole from the Gucci Outlet store in St. Augustine.

The incident occurred on Friday just before 9:00p.m. One of the woman involved acted as a distraction and reportedly, “asked a lot of non-relevant questions,” according to a police report. The other woman continued to shop until the store clerk became suspicious and both suspects left the store. The store clerk realized a theft had occurred after the women left.

The woman were allegedly able to get away with an olive-brown Gucci purse valued at $989 and a more eclectic brick-red Gucci purse with two fox tails attached valued at $1,739.

According to the police report, the women came into the store at separate times. One of the suspects, a black female, appeared to be about 30-years-old, 5-foot-9 inches tall and approximately 140 pounds. The second suspect is described as a black female, in her mid twenties, about 5-foot-8 inches tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds. Both suspects have black hair.
