According to a police report from the St Johns County Sheriff's Office, Travis David Tomko, 38, robbed a CVS pharmacy at 175 State Road 312. Tomko is a former American professional wrestler, known by his ring name "Tomko," according to the WWE website.

Tomko is accused of going into the CVS several days in a row asking for oxycodone. On Monday, he walked up to the pharmacy counter and demanded that a pharmacist give him all of the oxycodone in the pharmacy’s safe, according to the SJCSO report.

During the incident, Tomko allegedly told the pharmacist, "Do not make me hurt you.” Tomko's hand was under his shirt pointing something towards the pharmacist and Tomko told the pharmacist not to get the attention of the technicians, according to a witness.

Tomko allegedly made off with three bottles of oxycodone, the report said. Deputies arrested Tomko later in the day.

According to the report, Tomko claimed that he did not make any threats against the pharmacist.
