The following is a list of roadwork underway by FDOT that may impact traffic in Putnam and St. Johns counties through Nov. 12. 

ST. JOHNS COUNTY

S.R. A1A – Bridge of Lions

No lane closures or channel closures are scheduled at the Bridge of Lions Rehabilitation Project during the week of Nov. 8. Please visit the Bridge of Lions website at www.FDOTBridgeofLions.com for general project information.

S.R. A1A (Summer Haven Bridges just north of Marineland): Intermittent daytime lane closures with flaggers directing traffic Monday, Nov. 8 through Friday, Nov. 12 to relocate materials.

S.R. 207 from the Putnam County line to U.S. 1: Lane closure to repaint the roadway lines and symbols.

S.R. 206 at the Crescent Beach Bridge:  Barring any unforeseen conditions such as rainy or windy weather, the Crescent Beach Bridge will close nightly, from 6:30 p.m. to 6 a.m., Friday, Nov. 5 and Saturday, Nov. 6.  Motorists will be detoured to the State Road 312 Bridge. For updates to the bridge closure schedule and map of the detour, please visit www.nflroads.com/goto/206bridge.  Also, daytime and nighttime lane closures with flaggers directing traffic while crews unload equipment and materials and begin to clean the bridge surface for painting.

U.S. 1 near the Duval County line (Nocatee Flyover Project): One northbound lane will be closed Monday, Nov. 8 through Friday, Nov. 12.

U.S. 1 from S.R. 16 to the Duval County line: Lane closure to repaint the roadway lines and symbols.

C.R. 214 (West King Street) from Carter Road to I-95 (Gina Busscher: 800-749-2967): No lane closures schedule.

S.R. 13 from Cunningham Creek Bridge to Racetrack Road: Northbound lane closures for routine maintenance.

C.R. 13 at Sixteen Mile Creek (Gina Busscher: 800-749-2967):  No lane closures scheduled.  Motorists please use caution as there will be flaggers briefly stopping traffic to allow heavy truck traffic to enter and exit the area.

Pablo Road Bridge Replacement (Gina Busscher: 800-749-2967): Pablo Road remains closed until early 2011 for replacement with a new bridge.  Local traffic is being detoured westbound to Pablo Drive, Pablo Road, Ponte Vedra Boulevard, Miranda Road, San Juan Drive and back to Pablo Road.  Eastbound traffic is being detoured to San Juan Drive, Miranda Road, Ponte Vedra Boulevard and back to Pablo Road.

Old Dixie Highway/Old Moultrie Road from S.R. 312 to Arapaho Avenue (Gina Busscher: 800-749-2967):  No lane closures scheduled.

PUTNAM COUNTY

S.R. 100 between the Clay County line and Airport Road: Daytime lane closures from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. with flaggers directing traffic in several locations along this 18-mile project.
